Our merchandise is made to order. When you place an order, it is printed and shipped directly to you by our print and fulfillment partner. This lets us offer a wider range of designs without holding inventory.
Because each item is made for you, please allow roughly 2 to 7 business days for production before your order ships. Production time is separate from shipping time.
After production, delivery typically takes about 3 to 8 business days within the United States, and longer for international orders depending on the destination and carrier. These are estimates, not guarantees.
Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Any promotions, such as free shipping over a certain amount, will be noted in the store.
We ship within the United States and to most international destinations. If we are unable to ship to your location, checkout will let you know.
When your order ships, we will email a confirmation, along with tracking information when it is available, to the address you used to order.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Production and carrier delays can happen, especially during holidays, sales, and peak seasons. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will help track it down.
