This Refund Policy explains returns, replacements, and refunds for Amped Productions merchandise. Please read it before you order, and reach us any time at [email protected].
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right with a free replacement or a refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund. You usually will not need to ship the item back, but we will let you know if anything is required.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. After we send a refund, it can take a few business days for your bank or card provider to post it to your account.
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it, but you may be responsible for the reshipping cost.
If tracking shows a problem or your order does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us and we will work with the carrier and our print provider to resolve it.
Because items go into production quickly, changes or cancellations are only possible within a short window after you order. Contact us as soon as possible and we will help if the order has not yet gone to production.
